Algeria recalls that it supported many resolutions of the League of Arab States which condemned Israeli practices and their flagrant violations of human rights, and requested the Security Council and the Human Rights Council to guarantee the respect by Israel of the Fourth Geneva Convention and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, including the right to family visits in Syria.
وتذكِّر الجزائر بأنها ساندت قرارات عديدة لجامعة الدول العربية أدانت ممارسات إسرائيل وانتهاكاتها الفاضحة لحقوق الإنسان، وبأنها طلبت من مجلس الأمن ومجلس حقوق الإنسان ضمان احترام إسرائيل لاتفاقية جنيف الرابعة وللعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، بما في ذلك الحق في زيارات الأسر في سوريا.

Algeria recalled that it had supported many resolutions of the League of Arab States that condemned practices by Israel and its flagrant violations of human rights, and demanded that the United Nations, the Security Council and the Human Rights Council guarantee the respect by Israel of the Fourth Geneva Convention and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, including the right to family visits for Syrians.
وأشارت الجزائر إلى أنها أيدت العديد من قرارات جامعة الدول العربية التي أدانت الممارسات الإسرائيلية وانتهاكاتها الصارخة لحقوق الإنسان، وطالبت الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن ومجلس حقوق الإنسان بضمان احترام إسرائيل لاتفاقية جنيف الرابعة والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، بما في ذلك حق السوريين في الزيارات الأسرية.

This violation of these Palestinian rights, including facilitating the entry into and residency of Israeli civilians in the Closed Area while restricting Palestinian access to and residency in that Area, are causing long-term, permanent harm, including the transfer of Palestinians, contrary to the Fourth Geneva Convention and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
