Taking note of the fourth special report of the SecretaryGeneral on the Mission, of 21 November 2008, and of the recommendations contained therein,

2. Decides, pursuant to decision 123 and article 40 of the Rules, to approve the revised recommended awards concerning four of the claims covered in the fourth special report.
2- يقرر، عملاً بالمقرر 123 والمادة 40 من القواعد، الموافقة على دفع مبالغ التعويضات المنقحة الموصى بها بشأن أربع من المطالبات التي يشملها التقرير الخاص الرابع.

The aggregate revised amounts awarded per instalment, based on the recommendations contained in annexes I to IV of the fourth special report, are as follows:
