2.10 On 19 May 2006, the Regional Public Prosecutor confirmed the police's decision not to prosecute Ms. Frevert for the statements in the interview.

4.6 The State party points out that upon receipt of the complaint regarding Ms. Frevert's website, the Copenhagen Police initiated an investigation of the case.
