٩١ - هناك حاجة ملحة إلى تعزيز اﻹرادة السياسية لدى جميع الحكومات وإعادة تأكيد الالتزام بتعبئة المساعدة الدولية، حسب ما اتفق عليه في القاهرة، للتعجيل بتنفيذ برنامج العمل، وهو ما سيسهم بدوره في تعزيز برنامج العمل العام المتعلق بالسكان والتنمية.

4. The Special Rapporteur is pleased to report that she continues to receive generally good cooperation from all Governments covered by her mandate.
٤- ويسرّ المقررة الخاصة أن تعلن أنها لا تزال بشكل عام تلقى تعاوناً جيداً من جميع الحكومات التي تغطيها ولايتها.

Such attitudes required from all Governments more decisive efforts at prevention, based on the equal sharing, both nationally and internationally, of the burden of various measures against the scourge of drugs.

٣- ويلتمس المقرر الخاص بصفة دورية معلومات من جميع الحكومات وهيئات اﻷمم المتحدة المختصة والوكالات المتخصصة والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية وغير الحكومية المعنية اﻷخرى.

Therefore, the General Assembly must aim for a political declaration that contained a solemn commitment from all Governments to deploy the necessary political will to take decisive action on drugs, and the declaration must be approved at the highest political level in order to gain the public attention it needed.
ولذلك يجب على الجمعية العامة أن تهدف إلى إصدار إعلان سياسي يحتوي على التزام رسمي من جميع الحكومات بإبداء اﻹرادة السياسية اللازمة لاتخاذ إجراءات حاسمة بشأن المخدرات، ولا بد من إقرار اﻹعلان على أعلى المستويات السياسية حتى يحصل على اهتمام الجماهير الذي يحتاج إليه.

وقد ترغب اللجنة في أن تطلب إلى الأمانة أن تسعى للحصول على معلومات عن توفر بيانات الرصد من جميع الحكومات والمنظمات ذات الصلة وأن تعد تجميعاً وتحليلاً لسبل الحصول على بيانات الرصد لكي تنظر فيهما اللجنة في دورتها السابعة.

13 - وقد ترغب لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية في أن تطلب إلى الأمانة التماس معلومات بشأن توافر بيانات الرصد من جميع الحكومات والمنظمات ذات الصلة وإعداد تجميع وتحليل لوسائل الحصول على بيانات الرصد لتنظر فيها اللجنة في دورتها السابعة.

There was general agreement that the plenary should comprise representatives from all Governments represented in the United Nations, with participants being invited from relevant stakeholder groups.
