(h) To provide, in appropriate cases, for the safety of child victims, as well as of their families, witnesses on their behalf, and individuals/organizations dealing with the prevention and/or protection and rehabilitation of child victims from intimidation and retaliation;
(ح) القيام، في الحالات المناسبة، بتوفير ما يلزم لسلامة الأطفال الضحايا وأسرهم والشهود لصالحهم، ومن يعنى من الأشخاص أو المنظمات بوقاية و/أو حماية الأطفال الضحايا من التعرض للإرهاب والانتقام ويسعى لإعادة تأهيلهم؛

Also, states must take a clear stance on providing victims equal and effective access to justice, preventing any harassment, re-traumatization, second rapes, and ensure their safety from intimidation and retaliation during legal procedures.
ويجب على الدول أيضاً اتخاذ موقف واضح فيما يتعلق بتمكين الضحايا من الوصول إلى العدالة على قدم المساواة بطريقة فعالة، والوقاية من أي تحرش، والتعرّض لصدمات أخرى، والاغتصاب للمرة الثانية، وضمان حمايتهم من التخويف والانتقام أثناء الإجراءات القانونية.
