إن حكومة جمهورية العراق تحتج بشدة على خرق حرمة أراضي وأجواء جمهورية العراق من قِبل القوات المسلحة التركية، وتطالب الحكومة التركية بسحب قواتها الغازية من داخل اﻷراضي العراقية فورا والكف عن تكرار هذه الممارسات التي تتناقض مع علاقات حسن الجوار ومبادئ القانون الدولي وميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة.

I hope that the United Nations will meet its responsibilities as stipulated in the Charter in order to prevent any continuation of the intimidation and aggression to which Iraq is being subjected, and I ask you to do your utmost to prevail upon the Turkish Government to abide by the principles enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations and the norms of international law and to withdraw its armed forces from Iraqi territory forthwith.
وإذ آمل أن تنهض اﻷمم المتحدة بمسؤولياتها التي ينص عليها ميثاقها، من أجل منع استمرار التهديد والعدوان اللذين تتعرض لهما بلادي، أطلب من سيادتكم بذل أقصى مساعيكم لدعوة الحكومة التركية إلى الالتزام بقواعد ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة والقانون الدولي، وسحب قواتها المسلحة من إقليم العراق فورا.

28 - أكد الاجتماع مجدداً الضرورة الملحة للقضاء على سائر الجماعات الإرهابية والجماعات المسلحة الأخرى الموجودة والتي تنبثق من الأراضي العراقية تشكل خطراً على أمن واستقرار العراق والدول المجاورة له.

98 - في الساعة 30/12 قامت مجموعة إرهابية مسلحة بمحاولة التسلل من الأراضي العراقية إلى الأراضي السورية وإطلاق النار على مخفر شعيب البواردي رقم 77 في الشدادة، وقد تم التصدي لها ولاذ المسلحون بالفرار.

In response, in a letter to the Security Council on 3 June, the Permanent Representative of Turkey to the United Nations requested the Government of Iraq to ensure that the necessary means were put in place to put an end to any terrorist activities conducted by the Kurdistan Workers' Party from Iraqi territory.

99. At 2200 hours, an armed terrorist group attempted to infiltrate into Syrian territory from Iraqi territory and fired on personnel at the Fourth Brigade post in Shaddadah.
99 - في الساعة 00/22 قامت مجموعة إرهابية مسلحة بمحاولة التسلل من الأراضي العراقية إلى الأراضي السورية وإطلاق النار على عناصر مخفر تابع للسرية الرابعة في الشدادة، وقد تم التصدي لها ولاذ المسلحون بالفرار.

104. At 0230 hours, an armed terrorist group attempted to smuggle arms into Syrian territory from Iraqi territory and fired on personnel at the Second Brigade border guard post in Abu Kamal, killing Sergeant Ahmad al-Jab.
104 - الساعة 30/2 قامت مجموعة إرهابية مسلحة بمحاولة تهريب السلاح من الأراضي العراقية إلى الأراضي السورية وإطلاق النار على عناصر مخفر تابع للسرية الثانية حرس حدود في البوكمال، مما أدى إلى استشهاد الرقيب أحمد الجلب.

Accordingly, 317 sets of remains have been retrieved from Iraqi territory.

The Government of Iraq condemns in the strongest terms this violation of its territory and airspace by the Turkish armed forces, and it calls upon the Turkish Government to withdraw its invading forces from Iraqi territory forthwith and to desist from any repetition of practices that are incompatible with relations of good neighbourliness and the principles of international law and of the Charter of the United Nations.
إن حكومة جمهورية العراق تدين بشدة خرق حرمة أراضيها وأجوائها من قبل القوات المسلحة التركية، وتطالب الحكومة التركية بسحب قواتها الغازية من داخل اﻷراضي العراقية فورا والكف عن تكرار هذه الممارسات التي تتناقض مع علاقات حسن الجوار ومبادئ القانون الدولي وميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة.

In the hope that the United Nations will fulfil its responsibilities under the Charter by speaking out against the continuing threats and aggression of which my country is a victim, I urge you to do all within your power to ask the Turkish Government to abide by the principles of the Charter of the United Nations and the rules of international law and to withdraw its armed forces immediately from Iraqi territory.
وإذ آمل أن تنهض اﻷمم المتحدة بمسؤولياتها التي ينص عليها ميثاقها، وأن تمنع استمرار التهديد والعدوان اللذين تتعرض لهما بلادي، أطلب من سيادتكم بذل أقصى مساعيكم لدعوة الحكومة التركية للالتزام بقواعد ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة والقانون الدولي، وسحب قواتها المسلحة من إقليم العراق فورا.
