The Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia reiterates that the latest tragic exodus of the Serbs, following the mass flight of Serbs from Krajina, constitutes an unprecedented act of genocide.
وتؤكد حكومة جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية من جديد أن عملية النزوح المأساوي اﻷخيرة للصرب، بعد فرار الصربيين الجماعي من كرايينا تشكل عملا ليس له مثيل من أعمال إبادة اﻷجناس.

15. On 21 September 1995, Croatia adopted a regulation on the temporary possession and management of specified property, whereby it in effect confiscated all real estate from hundreds of thousands of Serbs expelled from Krajina and parts of Croatia.
١٥ - في ٢١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٥، اعتمدت كرواتيا نظاما للحيازة واﻹدراة المؤقتتين لممتلكات محددة، يتم بمقتضاه مصادرة جميع العقارات من مئات اﻵلاف من الصرب المطرودين من كرايينا وأجزاء من كرواتيا.

Minister Kinkel, in his statement of 12 August 1995, likewise warned that " people in flight and in distress are not game to be shot at " and called on Croatia to cease attacking Serb refugees from Krajina.
كما حذر الوزير كينكال، في بيانه المؤرخ ١٢ آب/أغسطس ١٩٩٥، من أن " السكان الفارين والذين يعيشون محنة ليسوا طرائد يجوز إطلاق النار عليها " ، ودعا كرواتيا إلى التوقف عن مهاجمة اللاجئين من كرايينا.

This is particularly evidenced by widespread examples of destruction of monuments of culture, churches, monasteries and cemeteries, as well as the confiscation of the immovable property of Serb owners from Krajina, Croatia and the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

In his letter, Mr. Serreqi has advanced ill-intentioned allegations concerning the accommodation in Kosovo and Metohija of a small number of Serb refugees from Krajina who have found refuge in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia following Croatia's aggression against Krajina.

In Vojvodina considerable pressure is reportedly being exercised by Serb refugees from Krajina on the ethnic minorities (Hungarians, Croats and others) to leave these areas.

- In a report issued in September of this year, Amnesty International stated that it has been established that Croatian armed forces were executing Serbs from Krajina without a trial, and that the Serbs were being maltreated and their houses systematically destroyed, which all amounted to " a form of collective punishment of the Serbs in that area with a view to deterring them from returning " .

93. In that regard, the international source reported, in September 1995, that " at least 50 newly arrived refugees from Krajina, who were accommodated in different locations in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, have been deported by police forces and sent to Sector East for mobilization " .
٩٣ - وفي هذا الصدد، أفاد المصدر الدولي في أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٥ " أن ما لا يقل عن ٥٠ من اللاجئين القادمين مؤخرا من كرايينا الذين جرى إيواؤهم في أماكن مختلفة في جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية قد أبعدتهم قوات الشرطة وبعثت بهم إلى القطاع الشرقي بغرض التجميع " .

The massive exodus of almost the entire Serb population from Krajina and western Slavonia, preceded by the previous exodus of over 300,000 Serb population from Croatia outside Krajina, as well as military intervention of the regular units of the Croatian army in Western Bosnia served the purpose of the current leadership of Croatia to create " Greater Croatia " , i.e., an ethnically pure State without the Serbs.

In addition, members of Croatia's Ministry of the Interior, enter each and every house at Gomirje, Srpske Moravice, Jasenko and Drežnica demanding the hand-over of weapons, molest, harass and threaten the population by saying that they will have to " go with the Chetnicks from Krajina to Serbia, because this is Croatia " .

My Government is doing its utmost under the circumstances (economic hardships brought about by the harsh sanctions regime; a heavy burden of half a million refugees already cared for since the onset of the Yugoslav crisis and the hostilities and war in its neighbourhood) to provide adequate accommodation and care for more than 200,000 refugees recently expelled from Krajina.
