(a) immunity from legal process in respect of words spoken or written, and all acts performed by them in the exercise of their functions, except to the extent that the member which they represent expressly waives this immunity in a particular case;
)أ( الحصانة من اﻹجراءات القانونية فيما يتعلق بما يصدر عنهم من كلمات منطوقة أو مكتوبة وبكل ما يأتونه من أعمال عند ممارسة وظائفهم، إلا بقدر تنازل العضو الذي يمثلونه، تنازلا صريحا، عن هذه الحصانة في قضية بعينها؛

(a) be immune from legal process in respect of words spoken or written and all acts performed by them in their official capacity;
)أ( الحصانة من اﻹجراءات القانونية فيما يتعلق بما يصدر عنهم من كلمات منطوقة أو مكتوبة وبكل ما يأتونه من أعمال بصفتهم الرسمية؛

4. In order to secure, for Members of the Tribunal, complete freedom of speech and independence in the discharge of their functions, the immunity from legal process in respect of words spoken or written and all acts done by them while discharging their functions shall continue to be accorded, notwithstanding that the persons concerned are no longer Members of the Tribunal or performing those functions.
٤ - تأمينا لحرية الكلام والاستقلال الكاملين ﻷعضاء المحكمة لدى أداء وظائفهم، يستمر منحهم الحصانة من اﻹجراءات القانونية فيما يتعلق بما يصدر عنهم من أقــوال منطوقــة ومكتوبة وجميع ما يقومون به من أفعــال في أدائهم لوظائفهم، حتى وإن لم يعد اﻷشخاص المعنيون أعضاء في المحكمـة أو يـؤدون تلك الوظائف.

Personnel recruited by the Court locally and assigned to hourly rates shall be accorded immunity from legal process in respect of words spoken or written and acts performed by them in their official capacity for the Court.
يمنح الموظفون الذين تعينهم المحكمة محليا على أساس العمل بالساعة الحصانة من الإجراءات القانونية فيما يصدر عنهم من أقوال منطوقة أو مكتوبة وما يقومون به من أفعال للمحكمــــة بصفتهــــم الرسمـيـــة.

4. ٤ - تأمينا لحرية الكلام والاستقلال الكاملين ﻷعضاء المحكمة لدى أداء وظائفهم، يستمر منحهم الحصانة من الاجراءات القانونية فيما يتعلق بما يصدر عنهم من أقوال منطوقة ومكتوبة وجميع ما يقومون به من أفعال في أدائهم لوظائفهم، حتى وإن لم يعد اﻷشخاص المعنيون أعضاء في المحكمة أو يؤدون تلك الوظائف.

(a) Immunity from legal process in respect of words spoken or written and all acts performed by them in their official capacity.
(أ) الحصانة من الملاحقة فيما يتعلق بالكلام الملفوظ أو المكتوب وكل الأفعال الصادرة عنهم بصفتهم الرسمية.

This protection would extend to immunity from legal process in respect of words spoken and written and all acts performed by them in their official capacity, as well as entitlement to repatriation in times of international crisis.
وهذه الحماية ستمتد إلى الحصانة من اﻹجراءات القانونية بالنسبة لما يقولونه أو يكتبونه. وبالنسبة لجميع اﻷعمال التي يؤدونها، بصفتهم الرسمية، وكذلك ستمتد إلى الحق في اﻹعادة إلى الوطن في أوقات اﻷزمات الدولية.

)ج( الحصانة من اﻹجراءات القانونية فيما يتعلق بما يصدر عنهم من أقوال منطوقة أو مكتوبة وجميع ما يقومون به من أفعال أثناء أدائهم وظائفهم، وتستمر هذه الحصانة حتى بعد توقفهم عن ممارسة وظائفهم؛

(c) immunity from legal process in respect of words spoken or written and acts done by them while discharging their functions, which immunity shall continue even after they have ceased to exercise their functions;

7.
