(b) To prohibit or restrict imports from non-parties of products produced with, but not containing, mercury or mercury compounds;

13. 20. In accordance with rule 10 of the provisional rules of procedure and giving due consideration to geographic representation, the President invited nominations for five Vice-Presidents from States parties to the Agreement and two Vice-Presidents from non-parties, who, together with the President, would constitute the Bureau of the Review Conference, pursuant to rule 15 of the provisional rules of procedure.
