(b) Observers designated by organizations that have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate in its sessions and work;
(ب) مراقبون تسميهم المنظمات التي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة في دوراتها وأعمالها؛

6. The following organizations that have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate as observers in the sessions and work of all international conferences held under the auspices of the General Assembly were represented at the Conference:
6- وكانت المنظمات التالية التي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة بصفة مراقب في دورات وأعمال جميع المؤتمرات الدولية المعقودة برعاية الجمعية العامة ممثلة في المؤتمر:

(c) Observers designated by organizations that have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate in its sessions and work;
(ج) مراقبون تعينهم المنظمات التي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة في دوراتها وأعمالها؛

Palestine, an entity having received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate as an observer in the sessions and work of all international conferences convened under its auspices, was represented by an observer.
17- ومُثّلت بمراقب فلسطين، وهي كيان تلقى دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة بصفة مراقب في دوراتها وفي أعمال جميع المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقد برعايتها.

17- وحضر مراقب عن فلسطين، وهي كيان تلقى دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة بصفة مراقب في دورات وأعمال جميع المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقد برعايتها.

Subject to prior written notification, together with a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate in conferences convened under its auspices, representatives of entities and intergovernmental organizations may attend sessions of the Implementation Review Group, deliver statements at the invitation of the Chair, receive documents and submit their views in writing.
ورهناً بتوجيه إشعار خطّي مسبق، يحقّ لممثِّلي الهيئات والمنظمات الحكومية الدولية التي تلقَّت دعوةً دائمةً من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة في المؤتمرات التي تُعقَد تحت رعايتها، أن يشاركوا في دورات فريق استعراض التنفيذ وأن يُلقوا كلمات بدعوة من رئيس الفريق ويتلقوا الوثائق ويقدّموا آراءهم خطّياً.

23- وحضر مراقب عن فلسطين، وهي كيان تلقَّى دعوةً دائمةً من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة بصفة مراقب في دورات وأعمال جميع المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقد برعايتها.

71- ومُثِّلت فلسطين، وهي كيان تلقَّى دعوة مفتوحة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة بصفة مراقب في دوراتها وفي أعمال جميع المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقد برعايتها.

According to the provisional rules of procedure of the Congress, representatives of organizations with a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate as observers in all international conferences convened under its auspices may participate in Congress discussions as observers without the right to vote.
ووفقا للنظام الداخلي المؤقت للمؤتمر ، يجوز لممثلي المنظمات التي لديها دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة بصفة مراقبين في جميع المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقد تحت رعاية الجمعية العامة أن يشاركوا في مناقشات المؤتمر بصفة مراقبين دون أن يكون لهم حق التصويت .

Representatives of organizations that have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate in the sessions and the work of all international conferences convened under its auspices in the capacity of observers;
(ج) ممثلو المنظمات التي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة بصفة مراقب في دورات وأعمال جميع المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقد تحت رعايتها؛

1. Subject to prior written notification to the Secretary-General, representatives of entities and organizations that have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate as observers in the sessions and work of all international conferences convened under its auspices shall be entitled to participate as observers in the deliberations of the Conference.
1- رهنا بتوجيه إشعار خطي مسبق إلى الأمين العام، يحق لممثلي الهيئات والمنظمات التي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة بصفة مراقبين في دورات وأعمال جميع المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقد تحت رعايتها، أن يشاركوا بصفة مراقبين في مداولات المؤتمر.

(c) Organizations that have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate in the sessions and work of all international conferences convened under its auspices, in accordance with Assembly resolutions 3237 (XXIX) of 22 November and 3280 (XXIX) of 10 December 1974 and 31/152 of 20 December 1976;
(ج) المنظمات التي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة في دورات وأعمال جميع المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقد تحت رعاية الجمعية العامة، وفقا لقرارات الجمعية 3237 (د-29) المؤرخ 22 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 1974 و3280 (د-29) المؤرخ 10 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1974 و31/152 المؤرخ 20 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1976؛

(a) Intergovernmental organizations and other entities having received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate as observers in the sessions and the work of all international conferences convened under its auspices, in accordance with the rules of procedure of the Conference;
(أ) المنظمات الحكومية الدولية وغيرها من الكيانات التي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة بصفة مراقب في دورات وأعمال جميع المؤتمرات الدولية التي تعقد تحت رعايتها، وفقا للنظام الداخلي للمؤتمر؛

(c) Representatives of intergovernmental organizations and other entities that have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate in the capacity of observer in the sessions and work of all international conferences convened under its auspices;
(ج) الممثلون عن المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والكيانات الأخرى التي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة بصفة مراقب في دورات وأعمال جميع المؤتمرات الدولية التي تُعقد تحت رعايتها؛

(c) Representatives of intergovernmental organizations and other entitles that have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate in the capacity of observer in the sessions and work of all international conferences convened under its auspices;
(ج) الممثلون عن المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والكيانات الأخرى التي تلقت دعوة دائمة من الجمعية العامة للمشاركة بصفة مراقب في دورات وأعمال جميع المؤتمرات الدولية التي تُعقد تحت رعايتها؛

(c) Organizations that have received a standing invitation from the General Assembly to participate in the sessions and work of all international conferences convened under its auspices, in accordance with Assembly resolutions 3237 (XXIX), 3280 (XXIX) and 31/152;
