15. According to decision 1/COP.5, the review process shall examine, inter alia, information and advice from the GM and the CST, consistent with their respective mandates.
15- وطبقاً للمقرر 1/م أ-5، يجب أن تشمل عملية الاستعراض، في جملة أمور، النظر في المعلومات والمشورة المقدمة من الآلية العالمية ومن لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا، بما يتوافق مع ولاية كل منهما.

102. Some other Parties believe that more in-depth analysis of financial flows is required, and called for assistance from the GM and OECD.
102- ورأت أطراف أخرى ضرورة إجراء مزيد من التحليلات المتعمقة للتدفقات المالية، كما طلبت المساعدة من الآلية العالمية ومنظمة التعاون والتنمية في الميدان الاقتصادي.

15. By decision 1/COP.5, the review process shall examine, inter alia, information and advice from the GM and the CST, consistent with their respective mandates.
15- وبمقتضى المقرر 1/م أ-5، يجب أن تشمل عملية الاستعراض، في جملة أمور، النظر في المعلومات والمشورة المقدمة من الآلية العالمية ومن لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا، بما يتوافق مع ولاية كل منهما.

According to the GM, in Tunisia, USD 80,000 in catalytic funds from the GM facilitated the mobilization of 24 million USD in investments from bilateral and multilateral donors.
ففي تونس، طبقاً لما أوردته الآلية العالمية، أدى توفير 000 80 دولار أمريكي في شكل أموال حفازة من الآلية العالمية إلى تيسير تعبئة 24 مليون دولار أمريكي في شكل استثمارات من جهات مانحة ثنائية ومتعددة الأطراف.

It is clear that this decision should not limit itself to only new institutional arrangements but should go beyond and firmly define what could be expected from the GM given the resources available from core budget and voluntary contributions.

76. The major support to raise external resources was received from the GM, the GEF and bilateral agencies.
76- وقُدم معظم الدعم الذي استهدف زيادة الموارد الخارجية من الآلية العالمية ومرفق البيئة العالمية والوكالات الثنائية الأطراف.

22. Consulted stakeholders who received support from the GM were generally satisfied with the services they received, although most mentioned that the GM interventions had not led to the mobilization of resources for substantive activities.
