The terms of reference of the Executive Committee approved by the Fourth Meeting of the Parties stipulates that the Executive Committee shall consist of 14 members, seven from the group of Parties operating under Article 5, paragraph 1, of the Protocol, and seven from the group of Parties not so operating.

The Eighteenth Meeting of the Parties will consider the issue of membership of the Executive Committee. In accordance with its terms of reference, the Committee consists of seven members from the group of Parties operating under paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Montreal Protocol and seven members from the group of Parties not so operating.
5 - سينظر الاجتماع الثامن عشر للأطراف في قضية عضوية اللجنة التنفيذية وتتألف اللجنة وفقاً لاختصاصاتها من سبعة أعضاء من مجموعة الأطراف العاملة بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة 5 من بروتوكول مونتريال وسبعة أعضاء من مجموعة الأطراف غير العاملة على هذا النحو.
