As a result of the transfer of activities from the subprogramme to the Office of the High Representative for the Least Developed Countries, Landlocked Countries and Small Island Developing States, the substantive servicing of the General Assembly on issues related to least developed countries, landlocked developing countries and small island developing States became part of the terms of reference of the Office of the High Representative.
