4. ٤ - يقرر كذلك أن تبلغ الدول اللجنة المنشأة بموجب القرار ١١٣٢ )١٩٩٧( بجميع صادرات اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة التي تجرى من أراضيها إلى سيراليون، وأن تقوم حكومة سيراليون بوضع علامات مميزة على جميع وارداتها من اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة وأن تسجل تلك الواردات وتخطــر اللجنة بها، وأن تقدم اللجنة تقريرا دوريا إلى المجلس عما يرد إليها من إخطارات بهذا الشأن؛
