37- ولضمان الاتساق مع تقارير الجرد ينبغي ألا تدرج اسقاطات الانبعاثات المستندة إلى الوقود المباع للسفن والطائرات المشاركة في النقل الدولي في المجاميع الوطنية بل يجب أن يبلغ عنها على حدة.

Noting the relevant provisions of the Convention and of the Kyoto Protocol, in particular Article 2, paragraph 2 of the Kyoto Protocol, it decided to consider the methodological aspects related to the reporting of emissions based upon fuel sold to ships and aircraft engaged in international transport at its eighteenth session.

18- ووفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية للفريق الحكومي الدولي المعني بتغير المناخ، فإن الانبعاثات التي تستند إلى الوقود المباع للسفن أو للطائرات المشاركة في النقل الدولي ينبغي ألا تُدرج في المجاميع الوطنية ولكن ينبغي الإبلاغ عنها بصورة منفصلة.

At its eleventh session, it requested the secretariat to include in any report on the experience of Parties using the CRF information on the reporting of emissions based upon fuel sold to ships and aircraft engaged in international transport (FCCC/SBSTA/1999/14, para. 56 (d)).

The SBSTA requested the secretariat to provide information to the SBSTA, at its tenth session, on emissions resulting from fuel sold to ships or aircraft engaged in international transport, taking into account the ongoing work of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

At its ninth session, the SBSTA requested the secretariat to provide it with information, at its tenth session, on emissions resulting from fuel sold to ships or aircraft engaged in international transport, taking into account the ongoing work of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
38- وطلبت الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية، في دورتها التاسعة، من الأمانة أن توفر لها في دورتها العاشرة، معلومات بشأن انبعاثات الوقود المباع للسفن أو الطائرات المشاركة في النقل الدولي على أن تأخذ في الاعتبار الأعمال الجارية التي تضطلع بها المنظمة البحرية الدولية ومنظمة الطيران المدني الدولية.

The SBSTA noted with appreciation the presentation by the IPCC regarding aspects of the IPCC Good Practice Guidance and Uncertainty Management in National Greenhouse Gas Inventories relating to the reporting of emissions based upon fuel sold to ships and aircraft engaged in international transport;
19- أحاطت الهيئة الفرعية علماً مع التقدير بالعرض الذي قدمه الفريق الحكومي الدولي المعني بتغير المناخ فيما يتصل بجوانب إرشادات الممارسات الجيدة وإدارة حالات عدم التيقن في قوائم الجرد الوطنية لغازات الدفيئة، المتعلقة بالإبلاغ عن الانبعاثات بالاستناد إلى الوقود المباع للسفن والطائرات المستخدمة في النقل الدولي؛

At the same session, the SBSTA invited the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) to inform it of their work plans relating to emissions based on fuel sold to ships or aircraft engaged in international transport and to provide regular progress reports at future sessions of the SBSTA (FCCC/SBSTA/1999/6, paragraph 46 (d)).
