The Assembly expressed its full support and appreciation for the work of the Special Rapporteur and urged Member States to continue to cooperate with him, calling upon them to consider responding favourably to his requests for visits so as to enable him to fulfil his mandate fully and effectively.
وأعربت الجمعية عن دعمها الكامل وتقديرها للعمل الذي أنجزه المقرر الخاص، وطلبت مجددا إلى الدول أن تتعاون معه وأهابت بها أن تنظر بعين القبول في طلباته بزيارتها ليتمكن من الوفاء بولايته بشكل كامل وفعال.

31. The Special Rapporteur notes that the Assembly, in its resolution 62/220, had reiterated its call for all Member States " to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur, and ... to consider responding favourably to his requests for visits so as to enable him to fulfil his mandate fully and effectively " .
31 - ويلاحظ المقرر الخاص أن الجمعية كررت، في قرارها 62/220، دعوتها لجميع الدول الأعضاء " إلى التعاون التام مع المقرر الخاص، وأن تنظر في الاستجابة لطلباته بشأن زيارتها ليتمكن من الوفاء بولايته بشكل كامل وفعال " .

In the same resolution, the General Assembly called upon States to cooperate with the Special Rapporteur and to give serious consideration to his requests to visit their countries so as to enable him to fulfil his mandate fully and effectively.
وطلبت الجمعية في القرار نفسه إلى الدول الأعضاء التعاون مع المقرر الخاص والنظر بجدية في طلباته زيارة بلدانها لتمكينه من الوفاء بولايته على نحو تام وفعال.
