2- يحيط علماً بجهود الحكومة الغينية لإتاحة سبل الانتصاف لضحايا انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان التي ارتُكبت خلال أحداث 28 أيلول/سبتمبر 2009، وذلك بتعيين فريق من القضاة للتحقيق في هذه الأحداث ويشجع الحكومة الغينية على ضمان الوسائل والظروف الأمنية اللازمة للفريق لتمكينه من الاضطلاع بالولاية التي كُلف بها؛
