٧- يناشد الدول اﻷعضاء، وكذلك الدول التي لم تعد أعضاء في اليونيدو، أن تسوّي ما عليها من متأخرات، كما يناشد الدول اﻷعضاء أن تفي بالتزاماتها الدستورية بدفع اشتراكاتها المقررة، في أوانها وبكاملها ودون شروط، حتى تتمكن اليونيدو من تنفيذ ميزانيتها المعتمدة تنفيذا تاما، ومن زيادة اﻷموال المتاحة للبرنامج العادي للتعاون التقني؛

The Group of 77 and China stressed the need for timely and full payment of assessed contributions, encouraged Member States as well as all former Members in arrears with UNIDO to fulfil their constitutional obligations by settling their outstanding dues and welcomed the steps taken by Azerbaijan, Belarus and Lithuania to agree with UNIDO on payment plans.
وقال إن مجموعة الـ77 والصين تشدد على ضرورة سداد الاشتراكات المقررة كاملة وفي حينها، وتشجّع الدول الأعضاء وكذلك الدول الأعضاء السابقة التي عليها متأخرات لليونيدو على الوفاء بالتزاماتها الدستورية بتسوية ديونها المعلّقة، وترحّب بالخطوات التي قامت بها أذربيجان وبيلاروس وليتوانيا بالاتفاق مع اليونيدو على خطط للسداد.
