6. Encourages all Governments to combat corruption, bribery, moneylaundering and the transfer of illicitly acquired funds and assets and to work for the return of such funds and assets to the countries of origin, and welcomes actions taken in that regard at the national and international levels;
6 - تشجع جميع الحكومات على مكافحة الفساد، والرشوة، وغسل الأموال، وتحويل الأموال والأصول المتأتية من مصادر غير مشروعة، وعلى العمل من أجل إعادة هذه الأموال والأصول إلى بلدان المنشأ، وترحب بالإجراءات المتخذة في هذا الصدد على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي؛

" 7. Encourages subregional and regional cooperation, where appropriate, in the efforts to prevent and combat corrupt practices and the transfer of funds and assets of illicit origin and for the return of such funds and assets to the countries of origin;
" 7 - تشجع التعاون على الصعيدين دون الإقليمي والإقليمي حسب الاقتضاء، في الجهود الرامية إلى منع ومكافحة الممارسات الفاسدة وتحويل الأموال والأصول المتأتية من مصدر غير مشروع وإعادة تلك الأموال إلى بلدانها الأصلية؛

The General Assembly had earlier decided, in resolution 58/205 of 23 December 2003, to include in the provisional agenda of its fifty-ninth session a sub-item entitled " Preventing and combating corrupt practices and transfer of funds and assets of illicit origin and returning such funds and assets to the countries of origin " .
وكانت الجمعية العامة قد قررت من قبل، في القرار 58/205 المؤرخ 23 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2003، أن تدرج في جدول الأعمال المؤقت لدورتها التاسعة والخمسين بندا فرعيا عنوانه " منع ومكافحة الممارسات الفاسدة وتحويل الأموال والأصول المتأتية من مصدر غير مشروع وإعادة تلك الأموال والأصول إلى بلدانها الأصلية " .

" 2. " 5. Also calls for further international cooperation, inter alia, through the United Nations system, in support of efforts by Governments to prevent and address the transfer of funds of illicit origin as well as to return such funds and assets to the countries of origin;
" 5 - تدعو أيضا إلى مواصلة التعاون الدولي، من خلال منظومة الأمم المتحدة وغيرها، دعما للجهود التي تبذلها الحكومات لمنع ووقف تحويل الأموال المتأتية من مصدر غير مشروع، وكذلك لإعادة تلك الأموال والأصول إلى بلدانها الأصلية؛

5. Also calls, while recognizing the importance of national measures, for further international cooperation, inter alia, through the United Nations system, in support of efforts by Governments to prevent and address the transfer of funds of illicit origin, as well as to return such funds and assets to the countries of origin;
5 - وتدعو أيضا، مع تسليمها بأهمية التدابير الوطنية، إلى مزيد من التعاون الدولي، من خلال منظومة الأمم المتحدة وغيرها، دعما للجهود التي تبذلها الحكومات لمنع ووقف تحويل الأموال المتأتية من مصدر غير مشروع، وكذلك لإعادة تلك الأموال والأصول إلى بلدانها الأصلية؛

6. Requests the international community to support national efforts to strengthen human and institutional capacity and regulatory frameworks for preventing corruption, bribery, money laundering and the transfer of funds and assets of illicit origin, and to assist in the return of such funds and assets to the countries of origin;
6 - تطلب إلى المجتمع الدولي دعم الجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى تعزيز القدرة البشرية والمؤسسية والأطر التنظيمية لمنع الفساد والرشوة وغسل الأموال وتحويل الأموال والأصول المتأتية من مصدر غير مشروع، والمساعدة في إعادة تلك الأموال والأصول إلى بلدانها الأصلية.

" Considering that the prevention of corrupt practices and transfer of funds and assets of illicit origin and the return of such funds and assets to the countries of origin have not been adequately regulated by national legislations and international legal instruments,
