3. Each State Party concerned may give consideration to concluding agreements on the sharing with other States Parties, on a regular or case-by-case basis, of the funds derived from the forfeitures referred to in this article.

4. ٤ - تنظر كل دولة طرف في إنشاء آليات تنص على تخصيص المبالغ التي تتأتى من عمليات المصادرة المشار إليها في هذه المادة، للتعويض للضحايا أو ﻷسرهم عن اﻷعمال اﻹجرامية التي تنشأ عن ارتكاب الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢، الفقرة ١ )أ( أو )ب(.

(i) Contributing the value of such proceeds and property, or funds derived from the sale of such proceeds or property, or a substantial part thereof, to intergovernmental bodies specializing in the fight against organized crime;
`١` التبرع بقيمة تلك العائدات والممتلكات ، أو باﻷموال المتأتية من بيع تلك العائدات أو الممتلكات ، أو بجزء كبير منها ، للهيئات الدولية-الحكومية المتخصصة في مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة ؛

(ii) Sharing with other States Parties, on a regular or case-by-case basis, such proceeds or property, or funds derived from the sale of such proceeds or property, in accordance with its domestic law, administrative procedures or bilateral or multilateral agreements entered into for this purpose.
`٢` اقتسام هذه المتحصلات أو اﻷموال ، أو المبالغ المستمدة من بيع هذه المتحصلات أو اﻷموال مع دول أطراف أخرى، على أساس منظم أو في كل حالة على حدة ، وفقا لقانونها الداخلي أو إجراءاتها اﻹدارية أو الاتفاقات الثنائية أو المتعددة اﻷطراف التي أبرمتها لهذا الغرض .

However, Act No. 8204 refers to the laundering of funds derived from the commission of serious offences, and currently does not empower ICD to take action in order to prevent the financing of terrorism, which can occur without the commission of a prior offence the proceeds of which would need to be laundered.

4. Subject to its domestic law, each State Party shall consider establishing mechanisms whereby the funds derived from the forfeitures referred to in this article are utilized to indemnify the victims of criminal acts resulting from the commission of offences within the ambit of this Convention, or their families.
٤ - تنظر كل دولة طرف، وفقا لقانونها الداخلي، في إنشاء آليات تنص على تخصيص المبالغ التي تتأتى من عمليات المصادرة المشار إليها في هذه المادة، للتعويض للضحايا أو ﻷسرهم عن اﻷعمال اﻹجرامية التي تنشأ عن ارتكاب الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذه الاتفاقية.

The financial monitoring system in Costa Rica, designed to prevent the commission of offences such as the laundering of funds derived from the commission of serious offences, is coordinated by the Costa Rican Drug Institute (ICD), whose Financial Analysis Unit (UAF) works in coordination with SUGEF, SUGEVAL and SUPEN, which directly supervise the various bodies making up the national financial system.
