3- ورحّب المجلس بتمديد صلاحية مذكرة التفاهم بين المفوضية والحكومة، يوم 1 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2007، لمدة 18 شهراً، وشجّع " الطرفين على التعاون فيما بينهما على نحو بناء لزيادة تحسين حالة حقوق الإنسان " .

(د) توقيع مذكرة تفاهم جديدة بين حكومة كمبوديا ومفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان بشأن تنفيذ برنامج للتعاون التقني بشأن حقوق الإنسان، وتشجِّع الطرفين على التعاون بشكل بنّاء فيما بينهما من أجل زيادة تحسين حالة حقوق الإنسان في كمبوديا؛

21. In paragraph 9 of draft resolution A/HRC/12/L.18, the Council decided to extend by one year the mandate of the special procedure of human rights in Cambodia, and requested the Special Rapporteur to report on the implementation of his mandate to the Council at its fifteenth session and to engage in a constructive manner with the Government of Cambodia for the further improvement of the situation of human rights in the country.

(ح) تجديد مذكرات التفاهم بين حكومة كمبوديا ومفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2007 من أجل تنفيذ برنامج تعاون تقني في مجال حقوق الإنسان؛ ويجشع الطرفين على التعاون فيما بينهما على نحو بناء لزيادة تحسين حالة حقوق الإنسان؛
