وقد أدرجت بلدان مجلس التعاون في خططها وبرامجها الوطنية تدابير ترمي إلى القضاء على العنف العائلي عموما وعلى العنف ضد الفتيات والنساء خصوصا، ونقحت تشريعاتها لكي تفرض صراحة عقوبات على مرتكبي أعمال العنف ضدهن.

The Supreme Council affirmed the continued commitment of GCC States to the pledges they have made regarding Iraqi reconstruction.

1. Consider the establishment of a food and drug regulatory authority for GCC States.
1 - دراسة إنشاء هيئة منظمة للغذاء والدواء لدول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية.

The Supreme Council reviewed the report of the Secretariat on follow-up steps taken with regard to the comprehensive development of education and the joint plan to develop public education curricula. It approved the necessary budgets for implementation of some programmes at universities in GCC States.
كما اطلع المجلس الأعلى على تقرير الأمانة العامة بشأن متابعة الخطوات التي تمت في مجال التطوير الشامل للتعليم، والخطة المشتركة لتطوير مناهج التعليم العام، واعتمد الميزانيات المالية اللازمة لتنفيذ بعض البرامج في الجامعات بدول المجلس.

7. While growth in the more diversified economies is generally more uniform than in GCC States, the economies, and therefore the factors influencing growth in that group of countries, are more diverse.
