35. Organizations in general consultative status and special consultative status may designate authorized representatives to sit as observers at public meetings of the commissions and other subsidiary organs of the Council.
٣٥ - يجوز للمنظمات ذات المركز الاستشاري العام وذات المركز الاستشاري الخاص أن تعين ممثلين مفوضين للحضور، بصفة مراقبين، في الجلسات العلنية للجان المجلس وأجهزته الفرعية اﻷخرى.

(b) To reclassify six organizations from special to general consultative status and five organizations from the Roster to special consultative status as follows:

٣٦ - يجوز للمنظمات ذات المركز الاستشاري العام وذات المركز الاستشاري الخاص أن تقدم فيما يتصل بأعمال اللجان أو اﻷجهزة الفرعية اﻷخرى بيانات مكتوبة بشأن المواضيع التي تكون هذه المنظمات مختصة بها اختصاصا محددا.

58. The consultative status of organizations in general consultative status and special consultative status and the listing of those on the Roster shall be suspended or withdrawn by the decision of the Economic and Social Council on the recommendation of its Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations.
٥٨ - يعلق أو يسحب المركز الاستشاري للمنظمات ذات المركز الاستشاري العام وذات المركز الاستشاري الخاص ويعلق أو يسحب إدراج المنظمات المدرجة في القائمة، وذلك بقرار من المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي يتخذ بناء على توصية صادرة عن لجنته المعنية بالمنظمات غير الحكومية.

38. (a) The commission or other subsidiary organs may consult with organizations in general consultative status and special consultative status either directly or through a committee or committees established for the purpose.
٣٨ - )أ( يجوز للجنة أو اﻷجهزة الفرعية اﻷخرى التشاور مع المنظمات ذات المركز الاستشاري العام وذات المركز الاستشاري الخاص إما مباشرة أو عن طريق لجنة أو لجان تنشأ لذلك الغرض.

(b) Whenever the Council discusses the substance of an item proposed by a non-governmental organization in general consultative status and included in the agenda of the Council, such an organization shall be entitled to present orally to the Council, as appropriate, an introductory statement of an expository nature.
)ب( حينما يناقش المجلس مضمون بند تقترحه منظمة غير حكومية ذات مركز استشاري عام ويكون مدرجا في جدول أعمال المجلس، يحق لتلك المنظمة أن تدلي شفويا أمام المجلس، حسب الاقتضاء، ببيان استهلالي لعرض البند.
