In order to assist States parties in their reporting tasks, the Committee shall issue General Guidelines for the Preparation of initial reports and of periodic reports, taking into account the consolidated guidelines, common to all the human rights treaty bodies, for the first part of initial and periodic reports of States parties.
2 - من أجل مساعدة الدول الأطراف في مهمة تقديم تقاريرها، تصدر اللجنة مبادئ توجيهية عامة لإعداد التقارير الأولية والتقارير الدورية مع مراعاة المبادئ التوجيهية الموحدة، المشتركة بين جميع هيئات معاهدات حقوق الإنسان، والخاصة بالجزء الأول من التقارير الأولية والتقارير الدولية للدول الأطراف.
