In this regard, the State party should continue to provide instruction on international human rights standards in schools and organize training programmes for persons engaged in the administration of justice, including judges, lawyers and, in particular, in the light of general recommendation XIII (42) of 16 March 1993 relating to law enforcement officials.

١٨٤ - ويُعرب عن القلق بشأن تدريب موظفي إنفاذ القوانين على حماية حقوق اﻹنسان في ضوء التوصية العامة الثالثة عشرة للجنة.

Due account should be taken of the Committee's general recommendation XIII, according to which law enforcement officials should receive training to ensure that in the performance of their duties they respect as well as protect human rights and uphold the human rights of all persons without distinction as to race, colour or national or ethnic origin.
وينبغي إيلاء الاعتبار الواجب للتوصية العامة الثالثة عشرة الصادرة عن اللجنة التي تقضي بأن يتلقى الموظفون المكلفون بإنفاذ القوانين تدريبا يكفل لدى أدائهم واجباتهم احترامهم وحمايتهم لحقوق اﻹنسان، ودعمهم لحقوق اﻹنسان بالنسبة لجميع اﻷشخاص دونما تمييز بسبب العنصر أو اللون أو اﻷصل القومي أو العرقي.

٦٢٦ - وتعرب اللجنة عن اهتمامها فيما يتعلق بتدريب المسؤولين عن إنفاذ القوانين وفقا للتوصية العامة الثالثة عشرة الصادرة عن اللجنة.

In this regard, particular attention should be paid to general recommendation XIII, according to which law enforcement officials should receive intensive training to ensure that, in the performance of their duties, they respect and protect the human rights of all persons without distinction as to race, colour or national or ethnic origin.
وفي هذا الصدد، ينبغي إيلاء اهتمام خاص للتوصية العامة الثالثة عشرة التي تقضي بضرورة تلقي الموظفين المكلفين بإنفاذ القانون تدريباً مكثفاً يكفل قيامهم، في أداء مهامهم، باحترام وحماية حقوق الإنسان لجميع الأشخاص دونما تمييزٍ قائمٍ على أساس العرق أو اللون أو الأصل القومي أو الإثني.
