In view of the importance of international cooperation in developing the norms of space law, and their important role in promoting international cooperation in the use of outer space for peaceful purposes, I call upon all Member States that have not yet become parties to the international treaties governing the uses of outer space 2/ to ratify or accede to those treaties as soon as feasible.
ونظرا ﻷهمية التعاون الدولي في وضع قواعد قانون الفضاء والدور الهام لهذه القواعد في تعزيز التعاون الدولي في استخدام الفضاء الخارجي في اﻷغراض السلمية، فإنني أطلب الي جميع الدول اﻷعضاء التي لم تصبح بعد أطرافا في المعاهدات الدولية التي تنظم استخدام الفضاء الخارجي)٢( الى التصديق على هذه المعاهدات أو الانضمام اليها في أقرب وقت ممكن عمليا.
