(b) (i) Any other unliquidated obligations of the financial period in question owed to Governments for provision of goods and services rendered but not yet verified, as well as other obligations owed to Governments, for which claims have not yet been received shall remain valid for an additional period of four years following the end of the 12-month period provided for in regulation 4.3;
(ب) `1 ' بعد انتهاء فترة الــ 12 شهرا المنصوص عليها في المادة 4-3 من النظام المالي تبقى سارية خلال فترة أربع سنوات إضافية أي التزامات أخرى غير مصفاة تتعلق بالفترة المالية المعنية وتكون واجبة السداد إلى الحكومات عن سلع وخدمات قدمتها ولم يتم التحقق فيها بعد. وغيرها من الالتزامات تجاه الحكومات والتي لم ترد بعد مطالبات بشأنها؛

(b) (i) Any other unliquidated obligations of the financial period in question owed to Governments for provision of goods and services rendered but not yet verified, as well as other obligations owed to Governments, for which claims have not yet been received shall remain valid for an additional period of four years following the end of the 12-month period provided for in regulation 4.3;

67. Upon further enquiry, the Advisory Committee was also informed that Government-provided personnel might be considered (a) for specialized functions falling in areas within the competence of Governments for which there was not an ongoing requirement in the Secretariat; (b) for expertise unique to a specific country or region; (c) for niche functions; or (d) where the expertise was not readily available in the Secretariat.
67 - وأُبلغت اللجنة الاستشارية، بعد مزيد من الاستفسار، بأن الأفراد المقدمين من الحكومات يمكن النظر في استخدامهم من أجل ما يلي: (أ) المهام المتخصصة التي تدخل في نطاق مجالات اختصاص الحكومات والتي لا توجد حاجة مستمرة إليها في الأمانة العامة؛ (ب) الخبرة الفريدة التي ينفرد بها بلد بعينه أو منطقة بعينها؛ (ج) المهام المتطلبة لخبرات دقيقة؛ (د) الخبرات التي لا تتوافر بسهولة داخل الأمم المتحدة.
