The Commission also urged Governments to refrain from all acts of intimidation or reprisal against, inter alia, those who submit or have submitted communications under procedures established by human rights instruments.

He added that such a practice would clearly be in contravention of Commission on Human Rights resolution 1995/75 which urges Governments to refrain from all acts of intimidation or reprisal to those who have provided testimony or information to representatives of United Nations human rights bodies.
وأضاف أن ممارسة كهذه تشكل بوضوح مخالفة لقرار لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان ٥٩٩١/٥٧ الذي يحث الحكومات على الامتناع عن جميع أفعال التخويف أو الانتقام ضد الذين أدلوا بشهادات أو قدموا معلومات إلى ممثلي هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة المعنية بحقوق اﻹنسان.

In its resolution 2005/9, the Commission urged Governments to refrain from all acts of intimidation or reprisal against those who availed or had availed themselves of procedures established under United Nations auspices for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms, or who had provided testimony or information to them.

In this connection, it is useful to recall Commission on Human Rights resolution 1994/70 of 9 March 1994 in which the Commission urges Governments to refrain from all acts of intimidation or reprisal against, inter alia, those who seek to cooperate or have cooperated with representatives of United Nations human rights bodies, or who have provided testimony or information to them.
ويجدر بالاشارة في هذا الصدد قرار لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان ١٩٩٤/٧٠ المؤرخ ٩ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٤، الذي حثت فيه اللجنة الحكومات على الامتناع عن القيام بأي عمل من أعمال الترهيب أو القمع ضد أي شخص يحاول التعاون، أو تعاون بالفعل مع ممثلي هيئات حقوق اﻹنسان التابعة لﻷمم المتحدة، أو يكون قد أدلى بشهادة أمامها أو قدم إليها معلومات.

(a) Urged Governments to refrain from all acts of intimidation or reprisal against those who seek to cooperate or have cooperated with representatives of United Nations human rights bodies, or who have provided testimony or information to them; and

The Mission also was guided by Commission on Human Rights resolution 2005/9 which " urges Governments to refrain from all acts of intimidation or reprisal against (a) those who seek to cooperate or have cooperated with representatives of United Nations human rights bodies, or who have provided testimony or information to them " .
كما كانت البعثة تسترشد بقرار لجنة حقوق الإنسان 2005/9، الذي " يحث الحكومات على الامتناع عن جميع أفعال التخويف أو الانتقام ضد (أ) الذين يسعون للتعاون مع ممثلي هيئات الأمم المتحدة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان، أو الذين يدلون بشهادات أو يقدّمون معلومات لهم " .
