5. Invites Governments to submit comments and observations on the practical problems raised by the succession of States affecting the nationality of legal persons in order to assist the International Law Commission in deciding on its future work on this portion of the topic of " Nationality in relation to the succession of States " ;
٥ - تدعو الحكومات إلى تقديم تعليقاتها وملاحظاتها بشأن المشاكل العملية التي تثيرها خلافة الدول وأثرها على جنسية اﻷشخاص الاعتباريين، من أجل مساعدة لجنة القانون الدولي على اتخاذ قرار بشأن عملها المقبل فيما يتعلق بموضوع " الجنسية في حالة خلافة الدول " ؛

By its resolution 61/35 of 4 December 2006, the General Assembly took note of the draft articles on diplomatic protection presented by the Commission and invited Governments to submit comments concerning the recommendation by the Commission to elaborate a convention on the basis of the articles.
