3. Decides that the process to ensure a smooth transition of countries graduating from the list of least developed countries shall be as follows:

10. Emphasizes the importance of the effective implementation of Economic and Social Council resolution 2004/66 in order to support countries graduating from the list of least developed countries;
10 - تشدد على أهمية التنفيذ الفعال لقرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 2004/66 من أجل دعم البلدان التي ترفع أسماؤها من قائمة أقل البلدان نموا؛

6. Requests the Committee to continue to monitor the development progress of countries graduating from the list of least developed countries and to include its findings in its annual report to the Council;
