In grave breach of international law and of its obligations as an occupying Power, Israel persists in its deliberate use of excessive, indiscriminate and disproportionate force against the Palestinian civilian population in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem.
وفي انتهاك خطير للقانون الدولي والتزاماتها الدولية كسلطة قائمة بالاحتلال، تستمر إسرائيل في استخدامها المتعمد للقوة المفرطة العشوائية غير المتناسبة ضد السكان الفلسطينيين المدنيين في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية.

As the list of Israeli crimes grows by the minute, I am compelled to share with the international community just some of the horrifying crimes it has deliberately perpetrated against the Palestinian people in recent days in grave breach of international law and human rights:
ونظرا لأن عدد الجرائم الإسرائيلية يزداد كل دقيقة، أجد لزاما علي أن أشاطر المجتمع الدولي بعض الجرائم المروعة التي ارتكبتها عمدا ضد الشعب الفلسطيني في الأيام القليلة الماضية في انتهاك خطير للقانون الدولي وحقوق الإنسان:

They condemned also illegal Israeli settlement activities by which the occupying Power has continued to colonize the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, in grave breach of international law.
كما أدانوا أعمال الاستيطان غير المشروعة، والتي تسعى القوة المحتلة عبرها لمواصلة استيطان الأراضي المحتلة بما في ذلك في القدس الشرقية، في انتهاك صارخ للقانون الدولي.

They also condemned illegal Israeli settlement activities by which the occupying Power has continued to colonize the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and to forcibly displace Palestinian civilians in grave breach of international law.
كما أدانوا أنشطة الاستيطان الإسرائيلية غير المشروعة والتي استمرت سلطة الاحتلال عبرها في احتلالها للأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما في ذلك القدس الشرقية، والتشريد القسري للسكان المدنيين الفلسطينيين، في انتهاك صارخ للقانون الدولي.

At the same time, Israel has carried on with its settlement activities in Occupied Palestine, in grave breach of international law and in total contradiction to the peace process and the objective of realizing the two-State solution based on the pre-1967 borders.

All of that is being done in grave breach of international law, United Nations resolutions and Israel's commitments under the road map, which clearly call upon Israel to freeze all settlement activities, including as a result of natural growth, and to dismantle all settlement outposts established since March 2001.

In grave breach of international law and in absolute disrespect for the calls of the international community, Israel continues and is intensifying its illegal attempts to consolidate its control over Occupied East Jerusalem and to artificially create an overwhelming Jewish majority in the city via the expulsion or forced displacement of the indigenous Palestinian population and the transfer of more Israeli settlers.
وفي انتهاك جسيم للقانون الدولي وتجاهل مطلق لنداءات المجتمع الدولي، تواصل إسرائيل محاولاتها غير القانونية وتكثِّف منها لتعزيز سيطرتها على القدس الشرقية المحتلة، ولإيجاد أغلبية ساحقة من اليهود في المدينة بشكل اصطناعي، عن طريق طرد السكان الفلسطينيين الأصليين أو تشريدهم قسراً، ونقل المزيد من المستوطنين الإسرائيليين.
