Since then, there has been a whole lot of consultation among the delegations to the Conference in various forms, and our ex—President, Mr. Grecu, even took it upon himself to go through a very lengthy process of discussing bilaterally with all delegations to see whether he can, through these consultations, this new form of consultations, come up with some suggestions and proposals as to how the work can be done.
