3. Requests the Secretary-General to keep the Security Council regularly informed of the developments on the ground and to submit to the Council, no later than 15 September 2013, a report providing an update on the planned completion of the mandate of the United Nations Integrated Peacebuilding Office in Sierra Leone and the transfer of responsibilities to a United Nations country team;
3 - يطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يطلع مجلس الأمن بانتظام على التطورات الجارية في الميدان وأن يقدم إلى المجلس، في موعد أقصاه 15 أيلول/سبتمبر 2013، تقريرا يتضمن آخر ما يستجد من معلومات عن إكمال ولاية مكتب الأمم المتحدة المتكامل لبناء السلام في سيراليون على النحو المقرر ونقل المسؤوليات إلى فريق قطري تابع للأمم المتحدة؛

Underlines that there should be no military activity of the armed opposition groups in the area of separation, and urges Member States to convey strongly to the Syrian armed opposition groups in UNDOF's area of operation to halt all activities that endanger United Nations peacekeepers on the ground and to accord the United Nations personnel on the ground the freedom to carry out their mandate safely and securely;
3 - يؤكد على وجوب ألا يكون هناك أي نشاط عسكري لجماعات المعارضة المسلحة في منطقة الفصل، ويحث الدول الأعضاء على أن تعبّر بقوة لجماعات المعارضة المسلحة السورية الموجودة في منطقة عمليات قوة الأمم المتحدة لمراقبة فض الاشتباك عن ضرورة وقف جميع الأنشطة التي تعرِّض للخطر حفظة السلام التابعين للأمم المتحدة في الميدان وأن تمنح أفراد الأمم المتحدة الموجودين ميدانيا حرية أداء ولايتهم على نحو سالم وآمن؛
