"have in one’s heart" - Translation from English to Arabic

Powerlessness manifests itself in many ways, but at its core is an inability to participate in or influence decisions that profoundly affect one's life, while decisions are made by more powerful actors who neither understand the situation of people living in poverty, nor necessarily have their interests at heart.
فالعجز يتجلّى بأشكال عديدة ولكن جوهره يتمثَّل في عدم القدرة على المشاركة أو التأثير في اتخاذ القرارات التي تؤثِّر تأثيراً شديداً في حياة الفرد، وهي قرارات تتخذها الجهات الفاعلة الأكثر قوة التي لا تفهم وضع الأشخاص الذين يعيشون في فقر ولا تحرص بالضرورة على مراعاة مصالحهم.
