وينبغي أن تكون المرأة الراشدة قادرة على تغيير جنسيتها، وينبغي عدم التعسف في إلغائها بسبب الزواج أو فسخ الزواج أو تغيير الزوج أو الأب لجنسيته.

Once a woman has a passport the permission of her husband or father is not mandatory for her to travel outside the country.
ومتى حصلت المرأة على جواز سفر لا يكون إذن زوجها أو والدها إلزاميا لسفرها خارج البلد.

Women are also entitled to manage their property without the interference of a man or the need for a man's consent. A woman may sell, buy, mortgage, transfer, borrow, lend etc. without having to obtain the permission or consent of her husband or father, regardless of whether the concerned property was transferred to her before or after her marriage.
وللمرأة أيضاً حق إدارة أموالها من دون أي تدخل للرجل أو حاجة لموافقته، فهي تستطيع أن تبيع وأن تشتري وترهن وتتنازل وتقرض وتقترض وغير ذلك من دون الحاجة إلى إذن أو موافقة من زوجها أو والدها سواء أكانت الأموال قد آلت إليها قبل الزواج أو بعده.

In its comment on article 9 of the Convention, the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women stated that " nationality should be capable of change by an adult woman and should not be arbitrarily removed because of marriage or dissolution of marriage or because her husband or father changes his nationality " (CEDAW/C/1995/7, annex, appendix, chap. III B).
وأشارت لجنة القضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة في تعليقها على المادة 9 من الاتفاقية إلى أنه " ينبغي أن تكون المرأة الراشدة قادرة على تغيير جنسيتها، وينبغي عدم التعسف في إلغائها بسبب الزواج أو فسخ الزواج أو تغيير الزوج أو الأب لجنسيته " CEDAW/C/1995/7) المرفق، التذييل، الفصل الثالث، باء).

The Committee further clarified in its general recommendation No. 21 (para. 6) that " nationality should be capable of change by an adult woman and should not be arbitrarily removed because of marriage or dissolution of marriage or because her husband or father changes his nationality " .
كما أوضحت اللجنة في توصيتها العامة رقم 21 (الفقرة 6) أنه " ينبغي أن تكون المرأة الراشدة قادرة على تغيير جنسيتها، وينبغي عدم التعسف في إلغائها بسبب الزواج أو فسخ الزواج أو تغيير الزوج أو الأب لجنسيته " .

وللمرأة أيضاً حق إدارة أموالها من دون أي تدخل للرجل أو حاجة لموافقته، فهي تستطيع أن تبيع وأن تشتري وترهن وتتنازل وتقرض وتقترض وغير ذلك من دون الحاجة إلي إذن أو موافقة من زوجها أو والدها سواء أكانت الأموال قد آلت إليها قبل الزواج أو بعده.
