In that regard, he refers to resolution 6/12 renewing his mandate, whereby the Council encourages all Governments to give serious consideration to the possibility of inviting the Special Rapporteur to visit their countries so as to enable him/her to fulfil the mandate effectively.
ويشير المقرر الخاص في هذا الصدد إلى القرار 6/12 الذي يجدد ولايته، والذي شجع فيه المجلس جميع الحكومات على " التفكير بجدية في إمكانية دعوة المقرر الخاص لزيارة بلدانها لتمكينه من الاضطلاع بمهام ولايته على نحو فعّال " .
