2. The members of the Sub-Committee shall be chosen from among persons of high moral character, having proven professional experience in the field of the administration of justice, in particular in criminal law, prison or police administration or in the various medical fields relevant to the treatment of persons deprived of their liberty or in the field of human rights.
2- يُختار أعضاء اللجنة الفرعية من بين الشخصيات التي تتمتع بخلق رفيع وخبرة مهنية مشهودة في ميدان إقامة العدل، وخاصة في القانون الجنائي أو إدارة السجون أو الشرطة، أو في شتى الميادين الطبية المتصلة بمعاملة الأشخاص المحرومين من حريتهم أو في ميدان حقوق الإنسان.

The members of the Board shall be of high moral character, impartiality and integrity and shall have competence in the assistance to victims of serious crimes.

١ - يكون قضاة المحكمة أشخاصا من ذوي اﻷخلاق العالية وتتوفر فيهم جميع الشروط المطلوبة لممارسة أعلى الوظائف القضائية، وتكون لديهم، علاوة على ذلك، خبرة عملية واسعة في المحاكمات الجنائية أو كفاءة مشهود بها في مجال القانون الجنائي الدولي.

It is also stated that the Committee would consist of 10 experts of high moral character and recognized competence in the field of human rights, who would serve in their personal capacity and be independent and impartial.
كما تنص على أن تتكون اللجنة من عشرة خبراء مشهود لهم بالنزاهة والكفاءة المعترف بهما في مجال حقوق الإنسان، يعملون بصفتهم الشخصية وبالحيادية.

4 - يتعين أن يتحلى المدعي العام ونائب المدعي العام بالخلق الرفيع وأن يكونا على أعلى مستوى من الكفاءة المهنية والخبرة الواسعة في إجراء التحقيقات والملاحقات المتعلقة بالدعاوى الجنائية.

3. The judges shall be persons of high moral character, impartiality and integrity who possess the qualifications required in their respective countries for appointment to judicial offices.
3 - يُختار القضاة من الأشخاص المتحلين بالأخلاق الرفيعة وبالحياد والنـزاهة، ولديهم المؤهلات المطلوبة للتعيين في المناصب القضائية في بلدانهم.

7. The Committee shall consist of 10 experts, of high moral character and recognized competence in the field of human rights, to serve in their personal capacity and be independent and impartial.
وتكون اللجنة مؤلفة من عشرة خبراء مشهود لهم بأعلى مستويات النزاهة والكفاءة المعترف بها في مجال حقوق الإنسان، يكونون مستقلين ويعملون بصفتهم الشخصية وبحيادية كاملة.

34 - ومضت تقول إنه يجب أن يكون موظفو المحكمة بمن فيهم القضاة والمدعي العام ومسجل المحكمة ممن يتمتعون بأعلى درجات الكفاءة والأخلاق الفاضلة.
