4.1 By submission of 28 November 1997, the State party informs the Committee that, following its request under rule 108, paragraph 9, the Swedish Immigration Board has decided to stay the expulsion order against the author while his communication is under consideration by the Committee.
٤-١ أبلغت الدولة الطرف اللجنة في تقرير مؤرخ ٢٨ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٧ بأنه بناء على طلبها وفقا للفقرة ٩ من المادة ١٠٨، قرر مجلس الهجرة السويدي إيقاف تنفيذ أمر الطرد الصادر بحق مقدم البلاغ في أثناء فترة نظر اللجنة في بلاغه.

4.1 The State party, by submission of 1 April 1993, concedes that all criminal appeals available to the author have been exhausted and undertakes not to carry out the death sentence against the author while his communication is under consideration by the Committee.
٤-١ توافق الدولة الطرف، في رسالتها المؤرخة ١ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٣، بأن صاحب البلاغ قد استوفى جميع سبل الاستئناف الجنائي المتاحة، وتتعهد بعدم تنفيذ حكم الاعدام فيه طالما كان بلاغه قيد نظر اللجنة.

4.1 On 26 November 1997 the Committee, acting through its Special Rapporteur for new communications, transmitted the communication to the State party for comments and requested the State party not to expel the author to Turkey while his communication is under consideration by the Committee.
٤-١ في ٢٦ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٧، أحالت اللجنة هذا البلاغ، عن طريق مقررها الخاص المكلف بالبلاغات الجديدة، إلى الدولة الطرف التماسا لتعليقاتها، وطلبت إلى الدولة الطرف عدم إبعاد مقدم البلاغ إلى تركيا ما دام بلاغه قيد نظر اللجنة.

4.1 By submission of 20 February 1998, the State party informs the Committee that, following the Committee’s request under rule 108, paragraph 9, of its rules of procedure, the National Immigration Board decided to stay the expulsion order against the author while his communication is under consideration by the Committee.
٤-١ أبلغت الدولة الطرف اللجنة، في مذكرة مؤرخة ٢٠ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٨، أن المجلس الوطني للهجرة قرر، إثر طلب اللجنة بموجب الفقرة ٩ من المادة ١٠٨ من نظامها الداخلي، وقف تنفيذ أمر اﻹبعاد الصادر ضد مقدم البلاغ ما دامت اللجنة تنظر في بلاغه.

4.1 On 20 February 1998 the Committee, acting through its Special Rapporteur for new communications, transmitted the communication to the State party for comments and requested the State party, under rule 108, paragraph 9, of the rules of procedure, not to expel the author while his communication is under consideration by the Committee.
٤-١ وفي ٢٠ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٨، أحالت اللجنة، عن طريق مقررها الخاص المكلف بالبلاغات الجديدة، البلاغ الى الدولة الطرف ﻹبداء تعليقاتها عليه، وطلبت الى الدولة الطرف، بموجب الفقرة ٩ من المادة ١٠٨ من النظام الداخلي، عدم طرد مقدم البلاغ لحين انتهاء اللجنة من النظر في بلاغه.

4.1 By submission of 21 December 1999, the State party informs the Committee that, following the Committee's request under rule 108, paragraph 9, of its rules of procedure, the Swedish Immigration Board decided to stay the expulsion order against the author while his communication is under consideration by the Committee.

5.7 By a further submission dated 10 November 1994, counsel forwards a formal note by Mr. Guerra's representative in Trinidad, dated 8 November 1994 and addressed to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, informing the latter instance that Mr. Guerra does not wish to pursue his case before it since his communication is under consideration by the Human Rights Committee.
٥-٧ وفي رسالة أخرى مؤرخة في ٠١ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٤٩٩١، أرسلت المحامية مذكرة رسمية من ممثل السيد غيرا في ترينيداد، مؤرخة في ٨ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٤٩٩١ وموجهة الى لجنة البلدان اﻷمريكية لحقوق اﻹنسان، لابلاغها بأن السيد غيرا لا يرغب في مواصلة بحث حالته أمامها نظرا ﻷن بلاغه قيد النظر في اللجنة المعنية لحقوق اﻹنسان.

5.7 By a further submission dated 10 November 1994, counsel forwards a formal note by Mr. Guerra's representative in Trinidad, dated 8 November 1994, addressed to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, informing the latter instance that Mr. Guerra does not wish to pursue his case before it since his communication is under consideration by the Human Rights Committee.
