1. Respecting the principle that no refugee seeking asylum in Jordan shall be expelled or returned in any manner whatsoever to borders or territories where his life or freedom would be threatened on account of his race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group or political opinions;
وجوب احترام مبدأ عدم طرد أو رد أي لاجئ يطلب اللجوء في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية بأي صورة إلى الحدود أو الأقاليم حيث تكون حياته أو حريته مهددتين بسبب عرقه أو دينه أو جنسيته أو انتمائه إلى فئة اجتماعية معينة أو بسبب آرائه السياسية؛

A refugee or person seeking asylum will not be expelled or returned to a place where his life or freedom would be threatened on account of his race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion.
ولن يُطرد اللاجئ أو طالب اللجوء أو يُعاد إلى مكان تتعرض فيه حياته أو حريته للخطر بسبب العرق أو الدين أو الجنسية أو الانتماء إلى مجموعة اجتماعية معينة أو الرأي السياسي.

وحينما تتخذ مثل هذه اﻹجراءات، لا يمكن إرسال الشخص المعني إلى أقاليم تكون فيها حياته أو حريته معرّضة للخطر، على أساس العنصر أو الدين أو الجنسية أو الانتماء لفئة اجتماعية معينة أو اﻵراء السياسية؛

According to the said provisions, no State may expel a refugee to the frontiers of territories where his life or freedom would be threatened because of his race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinions.
ووفقا للأحكام المذكورة، لا يجوز لأي دولة أن تطرد لاجئا إلى حدود الأقاليم التي تكون حياته أو حريته مهددتين فيها بسبب عرقه أو دينه أو جنسيته أو انتمائه إلى فئة اجتماعية معينة أو بسبب آرائه السياسية.

Article 33 of the Convention relating to the Status of Refugees prohibits the expulsion of a refugee to a country where his life or freedom would be threatened on account of his race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion.
854 - تحظر المادة 33 من الاتفاقية الخاصة بوضع اللاجئين طرد اللاجئ إلى بلد حيث تكون حياته أو حريته مهددتين بسبب عرقه أو دينه أو جنسيته أو انتمائه إلى فئة اجتماعية معينة أو بسبب آرائه السياسية.

" 1. No Contracting State shall expel or return (`refouler') a refugee in any manner whatsoever to the frontiers of territories where his life or freedom would be threatened on account of his race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion.
" 1- لا يجوز لأي دولة متعاقدة أن تطرد لاجئاً أو ترده بأي صورة من الصور إلى حدود الأقاليم التي تكون حياته أو حريته مهددتين فيها بسبب عرقه أو دينه أو جنسيته أو انتمائه إلى فئة اجتماعية معينة أو بسبب آرائه السياسية.

Furthermore, it should be noted that the State of Kuwait does not deport any person to a country in which he may face persecution or oppression of any sort. Kuwait also observes the principle of non-retaliation, which also means that no one shall be deported to a country where his life or freedom may be in jeopardy.
والجدير بالذكر أن دولة الكويت لا تقوم بإبعاد أي شخص إلى دولة أخرى قد يتعرض فيها للاضطهاد أو القمع أو أي خطر آخر، كما أنها تحترم مبدأ عدم الرد أي عدم إبعاد أي شخص إلى بلد يمكن أن تتعرض حياته أو حريته للخطر.

Article 33, paragraph 1, of the Refugee Convention prohibits expulsion of a refugee " where his life or freedom would be threatened on account of his race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion " .
وتحظر الفقرة 1 من المادة 33 من الاتفاقية المتعلقة باللاجئين طرد لاجئ " تكون حياته أو حريته مهددتين بسبب عرقه أو دينه أو جنسيته أو انتمائه إلى فئة اجتماعية معيّنة أو بسبب آرائه السياسية " .

49. Article 33 of the 1951 Convention, to which Zaire has been a party since 19 July 1965, prohibits the expulsion of a refugee to the country where his life or freedom would be threatened on account of his race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion.
٩٤- تحظر المادة ٣٣ من اتفاقية عام ١٥٩١، وزائير طرف فيها منذ ٩١ تموز/يوليه ٥٦٩١، طرد لاجئ إلى البلد الذي تكون فيه حياته أو حريته مهددة بسبب عرقه أو دينه أو جنسيته أو عضويته في مجموعة اجتماعية معينة أو بسبب رأيه السياسي.

31. Moreover, the principle of non-refoulement according to article 33 of the 1951 Geneva Convention may be connected to freedom of religion or belief, since no Contracting State shall expel or return ( " refouler " ) a refugee in any manner whatsoever to the frontiers of territories where his life or freedom would be threatened on account of his religion.
31- وعلاوة على ذلك، إن مبدأ عدم الرد المنصوص عليه في المادة 33 من اتفاقية جنيف لعام 1951، هو مبدأ يمكن أن يكون ذا صلة بحرية الدين أو المعتقد، ذلك أنه لا يجوز لأية دولة متعاقدة أن تطرد لاجئاً أو ترده بأية صورة من الصور إلى حدود الأقاليم التي تكون حياته أو حريته مهددتين فيها بسبب دينه.

The Convention relating to the Status of Refugees adopted in Geneva on 28 July 1951 says that the Contracting States may not " expel or return ( " refouler " ) a refugee in any manner whatsoever to the frontiers of territories where his life or freedom would be threatened " (art. 31, para. 1).
فالاتفاقية الخاصة بوضع اللاجئين، المعتمدة بجنيف في 28 تموز/يوليه 1951، تحظر على الأطراف المتعاقدة إعادة مواطن أجنبي قسرا أو طرده ' ' بأي صورة من الصور إلى حدود الأقاليم التي تكون حياته [أو حريته] مهددتين``.

134. In this context, it is noteworthy that under article 46 of the Constitution, the extradition of political refugees is prohibited. Moreover, Kuwait does not deport any person to a country in which he may face persecution or oppression of any kind, in accordance with the non-return principle: no individual is expelled to a country where his life or freedom may be in jeopardy.
134- والجدير بالذكر أن المادة 46 من الدستور تحظر تسليم اللاجئـين السياسيين، حيث لا يتم إبعاد أي شخص إلى دولة أخرى قـد يتعرض فيها للاضطهاد أو القمع أو أي خطر، وذلك عملاً بمبدأ عدم الرد أي عدم إبعاد أي شخص إلى بلد يمكن أن تتعرض حياته أو حريته للخطر.

In particular, it would entail a breach of the Geneva Convention on the Legal Status of Refugees " if he is a refugee and is returned in any manner whatsoever to the frontiers of territories where his life or freedom would be threatened on account of his race, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion " .
وعلى وجه الخصوص، يمكن أن يشكل ذلك خرقا لاتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بالمركز القانوني للاجئين ' ' إذا كان الأجنبي لاجئا وأعيد بأي طريق كان إلى حدود الأراضي التي يتهدد الخطر فيها حياته أو حريته بسبب أصله العرقي أو دينه أو جنسيته أو انتمائه إلى فئة اجتماعية معينة أو بسبب رأيه السياسي " .

Under French law, a foreigner may be granted asylum if he proves that his life or freedom is at risk in his country or that he may be subjected there to treatment prohibited by article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights (article 13 of the Act of 25 July 1952 on the right of asylum as amended by the Act of 11 May 1998).

Rather, it provides that `[n]o Contracting State shall expel or return (`refouler') a refugee in any manner whatsoever to the frontiers or territories where his life or freedom would be threatened on account of his race, religion, nationality, membership or a particular social group or political opinion.'19 UST, at 6276, 189 UNTS, at 176 (emphasis added).

In addition, the Republic of Korea shall not expel or return ( " refouler " ) a refugee in any manner whatsoever to the frontiers of territories where his life or freedom would be threatened on account of his race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion (art. 33 of the Refugee Convention).
وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، تمتنع جمهورية كوريا عن طرد لاجئ أو إعادته قسرا بأي حال إلى حدود أي إقليم تكون حياته أو حريته مهددتين فيه بسبب عرقه أو دينه أو جنسيته أو انتمائه إلى فئة اجتماعية معينة أو بسبب آرائه السياسية (المادة 33 من الاتفاقية الخاصة بوضع اللاجئين).

Furthermore, article 33 of the 1951 Convention outlines the obligation of non-refoulement: " No Contracting State shall expel or return (`refouler') a refugee in any manner whatsoever to the frontiers of territories where his life or freedom would be threatened on account of his race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion. "

(g) The Convention relating to the Status of Refugees, in particular article 4, which provides that refugees will be given treatment at least as favourable as that of nationals with respect to freedom to practise their religion and freedom as regards the religious education of their children and article 33, which prohibits the expulsion of a refugee to a country where his life or freedom would be threatened on account of his or her religion;
(ز) الاتفاقية الخاصة بوضع اللاجئين، ولا سيما المادة 4 التي تنص على أن تمنح الدول المتعاقدة اللاجئين داخل أراضيها معاملة توفر لهم على الأقل ذات الرعاية الممنوحة لمواطنيها على صعيد حرية ممارسة شعائرهم الدينية وحرية توفير التربية الدينية لأولادهم، والمادة 33 التي تحظر طرد اللاجئ إلى بلد تكون حياته أو حريته مهددتين فيه بسبب دينه؛
