The Special Rapporteur notes that the Commission on Human Rights, in resolution 1997/18 of 11 April 1997, “Calls upon all Governments to cooperate with the Special Rapporteur on religious intolerance and to give serious consideration to inviting the Special Rapporteur to visit their countries so as to enable him to fulfil his mandate even more effectively”.
٥٢- ويود المقرر الخاص أن يذكر بأن لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان دعت في قرارها ٧٩٩١/٨١ المؤرخ في ١١ نيسان/أبريل ٧٩٩١ " جميع الحكومات إلى التعاون مع المقرر الخاص المعني بالتعصب الديني والنظر الجاد في دعوته لزيارة بلدانها لكي يتمكن من الاضطلاع بولايته بشكل أكثر فعالية " .

He would like to point out that the Commission on Human Rights, in its resolution 2000/33, again calls upon all Governments to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur, to respond favourably to requests from the Special Rapporteur to visit their countries and to give serious consideration to inviting the Special Rapporteur to visit so as to enable him to fulfil his mandate even more effectively.
ويود المقرر الخاص أن يشير مجددا إلى أن لجنة حقوق الإنسان، في قرارها 2000/33، دعت كافة الحكومات إلى التعاون على نحو كامل مع المقرر الخاص وإلى الاستجابة على نحـو مـؤات للطلبات المقدمة من المقرر الخاص لزيارة بلدانها وإلى النظر جديا في دعوته إلى زيارة بلدانها بغية تمكينه من الاضطلاع بولايته بمزيد من الفعالية.

Reiterating his desire for cooperation and dialogue, the Special Rapporteur draws attention to resolution 2002/40 by which the Commission on Human Rights calls upon all Governments to cooperate fully with the Special Rapporteur, to respond favourably to his requests to visit their countries and to give serious consideration to inviting him to visit so as to enable him to fulfil his mandate even more effectively.
وفي معرض إعرابه من جديد عن رغبته في التعاون والحوار، يود المقرر الخاص أن يشير إلى القرار 2002/40 الذي طلت فيه لجنة حقوق الإنسان إلى كافة الحكومات التعاون على نحو تام مع المقرر الخاص، والاستجابة للطلبات المقدمة منه لزيارة بلدانها، والنظر جديا في دعوته إلى زيارة بلدانها بغية تمكينه من الاضطلاع بولايته بمزيد من الفعالية.
