20- تطلب إلى جميع الدول التي تعيش فيها أقليات إثنية أو دينية أو لغوية أو يوجد فيها أشخاص من السكان الأصليين عدم حرمان طفل ينتمي إلى أقلية من الأقليات أو يكون من السكان الأصليين من الحق في التمتع، مع أفراد مجموعته الآخرين، بثقافته والمجاهرة بدينه وإحياء شعائر هذا الدين، واستخدام لغته؛

Article 30 of this Convention stipulates that the national minorities " should not be denied the right, in community with other members of his or her group, to enjoy his or her own culture or to use his or her own language " .
وتنص المادة 30 من هذه الاتفاقية على أنه " لا يجوز حرمان الطفل المنتمي لأقليات قومية من الحق في التمتع مع بقية أفراد مجموعته بثقافته أو استعمال لغته " .

17. Article 30 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child directs States in which ethnic, religious or linguistic minorities or persons of indigenous origin exist to ensure that a child belonging to such a minority or who is indigenous shall not be denied the right, in community with other members of his or her group, to enjoy his or her own culture, to profess and practise his or her own religion, or to use his or her own language.
17 - وتوجه المادة 30 من اتفاقية حقوق الطفل الدول التي توجد فيها أقليات إثنية أو دينية أو لغوية أو أشخاص من الشعوب الأصلية، إلى أن تكفل عدم حرمان الطفل المنتمي لتلك الأقليات أو لأولئك السكان من الحق في أن يتمتع، مع بقية أفراد المجموعة، بثقافته أو الإجهار بدينه وممارسة شعائره أو استعمال لغته.

2- وجاء في المادة 30 من الاتفاقية أنه " في الدول التي توجد فيها أقليات إثنية أو دينية أو لغوية أو أشخاص من الشعوب الأصلية، لا يجوز حرمان الطفل المنتمي لتلك الأقليات أو لأولئك السكان من الحق في أن يتمتع، مع بقية أفراد المجموعة، بثقافته أو الإجهار بدينه وممارسة شعائره أو استعمال لغته " .

23. 313. The right of everyone to take part in cultural life and to manifest his or her own culture is a fundamental constitutional right in the Republic of Bulgaria.
٣١٣- إن حق كل شخص في المشاركة في الحياة الثقافية والتعبير عن ثقافته هو حق دستوري أساسي في جمهورية بلغاريا.

573. The right of everyone to take part in the cultural life which he or she considers pertinent, and to manifest his or her own culture is guaranteed by principles enshrined in the Constitution.
