• خدمته

During the period of his or her service for the United Nations, the consultant must refrain from any conduct that would adversely reflect on the United Nations and must not engage in any activity that is incompatible with the aims and objectives of the Organization.
ويجب على الخبير الاستشاري أن يمتنع أثناء فترة خدمته لﻷمم المتحدة عن الاشتراك في أي نشاط يتعارض مع أهداف وغايات المنظمة.

Here the person becomes entitled to a national minimum pension abated by his or her service pension.
ففي هذه الحالة يكون من حق الشخص أن يتقاضى معاش الحد الأدنى الوطني مخفَّضا قيمة معاش خدمته.

1. Each State Party shall adopt such legislative and other measures as may be necessary to establish as a criminal offence, when committed intentionally, the unjustified increase in the wealth of a public official during his or her service with the State or within two years following separation from such service.

The letter of appointment shall state that the holder has the status of a staff member of the United Nations only when actually employed by the United Nations and, as a staff member, he or she is subject to the United Nations Staff Regulations and Rules during the days of his or her service.
ويُنص في كتاب التعيين على أن الحائز لا يخوﱠل له مركز موظف اﻷمم المتحدة إلا أثناء خدمته الفعلية لدى اﻷمم المتحدة وأنه سيخضع، باعتباره موظفا بها، للنظام اﻹداري والنظام اﻷساسي لموظفي اﻷمم المتحدة أثناء أيام خدمته فيها.

14. The obligation of a member of a TTE not to disclose confidential information referred to in paragraph 13 above shall continue after termination of his or her service on the TTE.
14- ويجب أن يتواصل التزام عضو فريق الخبراء التقنيين بعدم الكشف عن المعلومات السرية المشار إليها في الفقرة 13 أعلاه بعد انتهاء مدة خدمته في فريق الخبراء التقنيين.

(e) A staff member may, in exceptional circumstances, be granted advance annual leave up to a maximum of two weeks, provided that his or her service is expected to continue for a period beyond that necessary to accrue the leave so advanced.
(هـ) يجوز منح الموظف في ظروف استثنائية إجازة سنوية مقدما بحد أقصى لمدة أسبوعين، بشرط توقع استمرار خدمته لفترة تتجاوز الفترة اللازمة لتجميع الإجازة المطلوبة مقدما.

(d) Relocation allowance. A judge who maintains a bona fide residence at The Hague for at least three continuous years during service with the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia shall receive a lump sum equal to 12 weeks’ net salary on completion or termination of his or her service with the Tribunal and resettlement outside the Netherlands;
)د( بدل النقل عند انتهاء الخدمة - يتقاضى القاضي الذي يقيم إقامة فعلية في لاهاي لمدة ثلاث سنوات متواصلة على اﻷقل خلال خدمته في المحكمة الجنائية الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة مبلغا مقطوعا يعادل المرتب الصافي عند ١٢ أسبوعا عند انتهاء أو إنهاء فترة خدمته في المحكمة وعودته لﻹقامة خارج هولندا؛

Both Acts provide for payment of pension at the same rate (not higher than two thirds of the highest salary drawn by the teacher at any time in the course of his or her service), under the same conditions (i.e. conditions regarding gratuity, and suspension of pension upon re-employment), and with the same compulsory retirement age of 60 years.
وينص القانونان على دفع مبالغ التقاعد بنفس النسبة (لا تتجاوز ثلثي أعلى مرتب تلقاه المعلم في أي وقت من الأوقات خلال خدمته)، بموجب نفس الشروط (أي الشروط المتعلقة باستحقاقات نهاية الخدمة ووقف مرتب التقاعد عند إعادة التوظيف)، وبنفس سن التقاعد الإلزامي وهو 60 عاماً.

(e) In exceptional circumstances, and subject to the provisions of rule 209.10, the SecretaryGeneral may authorize advance annual leave up to a maximum of two weeks for an individual, provided that his or her service is expected to continue for a period beyond the date necessary for him or her to accrue that amount of leave.
(هـ) يجوز للأمين العام، في الظروف الاستثنائية، ورهنا بأحكام القاعدة 209/10، أن يأذن بحصول الفرد سلفا على إجازة سنوية بحد أقصى قدره أسبوعان، شريطة أن يكون من المتوقع أن تستمر خدمته إلى ما بعد التاريخ الذي يتجمع له عنده رصيد يكافئ هذا القدر من الإجازة.

(e) A judge of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia or of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda who has been or will be re-elected or extended for any subsequent term will receive a retirement benefit for each further month of service, by reference to the proportion of annual pension which the number of months of his or her service bears to 108 months;
(هـ) أن يتقاضى قاضي المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة أو المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا الذي أعيد أو سيعاد انتخابه أو تمُدد عضويته إلى أي فترة لاحقة، استحقاقا تقاعديا عن كل شهر خدمة إضافي، استنادا إلى معدل للمعاش التقاعدي السنوي مساوٍ لنسبة عدد أشهر خدمته الفعلية إلى 108 أشهر؛

(b) The improper use, for his or her own benefit or for that of a third party, by a public official who is an employee or executive or a member of a board or governing body of any public institution of information not intended for public knowledge that he or she has obtained by virtue of or in connection with his or her functions during his or her service as a public official or within two years following separation from such service.
(ب) قيام موظف عمومي، يعمل مستخدَما أو مديرا تنفيذيا أو عضوا في مجلس إدارة أية مؤسسة عمومية أو هيئتها التشريعية، باستخدام معلومات لا يقصد اعلام الناس بها، وحصل عليها بحكم وظائفه أو اقترانا بها، استخدام غير مشروع، سواء لمنفعته هو أو لمنفعة طرف ثالث، أثناء خدمته كموظف عمومي أو في غضون سنتين من تركه تلك الخدمة.
