38 - ويدعو المقرر الخاص، بالإشارة إلى تعليقاتـه في تقريره السابق إلى الجمعية العامة (A/57/274) بشأن الإجراء الذي اتخذته السلطات المصرية لاحتواء ومنع ظواهر التعصب والتمييز على أساس الدين أو المعتقد، إلى أن هذا النهج الإيجابي يجب ألا يميز في نواحٍ أخرى ضد بعض الأقليات الدينية.

73. In relation with the Special Committee on Allegations of Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances and Reported Cases of Slavery, the Special Rapporteur reiterates the specific recommendations to the Government of the Sudan contained in his previous report to the General Assembly (A/51/490, para. 51), which he considers still relevant:
٧٣ - بالنسبة للجنة الخاصة المعنية بالادعاءات المتعلقة بحالات الاختفاء القسري أو غير الطوعي وحالات الرق المبلغ عنها، يكرر المقرر الخاص التوصيات المحددة الموجهة الى حكومة السودان والواردة في تقريره السابق الى الجمعية العامة )A/51/490، الفقرة ٥١(، إذ يرى أنها لا تزال تنطبق على واقع الحال:

55. In view of the very limited resources available to the Office of the Focal Point for Women, the Secretary-General reiterates the request made in his previous report to the General Assembly (A/49/587 and Corr.1) for material support in the form of the secondment of experts from Governments or in the form of resources to assist the Office of the Focal Point in undertaking essential studies for the implementation of the plan of action.
٥٥ - وبالنظر الى الموارد المحدودة للغاية المتاحة لمكتب مركز التنسيق لشؤون المرأة في مكتب ادارة الموارد البشرية، يكرر اﻷمين العام الطلبات التي قدمها في تقريره السابق الى الجمعية العامة A/49/587) و Corr.1( من أجل الحصول على دعم مادي في شكل إعارة خبراء من الحكومات أو في شكل موارد لمساعدة مكتب مركز التنسيق في الاضطلاع بالدراسات اﻷساسية لتنفيذ خطة العمل.

37. The Special Rapporteur discussed the issue of racism in sport in his previous report to the General Assembly (A/59/329), in response to General Assembly resolution 58/160 which requested him " to pay special attention to the increasing frequency of incidents of racism at various sporting events " .
37 - تناول المقرر الخاص مسألة العنصرية في مجال الرياضة في تقريره الأخير المقدم إلى الجمعية العامة (A/59/329)، استجابة لقرار الجمعية العامة 58/160 الذي طلب منه " أن يولي اهتماما خاصا لظاهرة تصاعد وتيرة الحوادث العنصرية في مختلف المناسبات الرياضية " .
