Mr. Hof (Netherlands), referring to the impact of globalization on the implementation of the Plan of Action adopted at the Copenhagen World Summit for Social Development, asked the Director of the Division for Social Policy and Development whether the best practices adopted by Governments to achieve the Copenhagen goals had already been identified.
