(a) An entitlement to payment of removal costs related to personal effects and household goods, as defined in staff rule 7.15 (c), shall arise with respect to internationally recruited staff members holding a fixed-term or continuing appointment under the following circumstances and in accordance with conditions established by the Secretary-General:

(a) An entitlement to payment of removal costs related to personal effects and household goods, as defined in staff rule 7.15 (c), shall arise with respect to internationally recruited staff members holding a fixed-term or continuing appointment under the following circumstances and in accordance with conditions established by the Secretary-General:
(أ) ينشأ الحق في الحصول على تكاليف النقل المتعلقة بالأمتعة الشخصية واللوازم المنزلية، حسبما هي معرفة في القاعدة 7/15 (ج) بالنسبة للموظفين المعينين على أساس دولي تعيينا محدد المدة أو تعيينا مستمرا في الأحوال التالية ووفقا للشروط التي يضعها الأمين العام:

(a) A staff member holding a fixed-term or continuing appointment who resigns before completing one year of service or within six months following the date of his or her return from travel on home leave or family visit shall not be entitled to payment of return travel expenses for himself or herself and family members unless the Secretary-General determines that there are compelling reasons for authorizing such payment.
(أ) ليس للموظف المعين تعيينا محدد المدة أو تعيينا مستمرا الذي يستقيل قبل إتمام سنة واحدة من الخدمة أو في غضون ستة أشهر من تاريخ عودته من سفر إجازة زيارة الوطن أو إجازة زيارة الأسرة، الحق في الحصول على مصاريف رحلة الإياب له أو لأفراد أسرته، إلا إذا رأى الأمين العام أن هناك أسبابا اضطرارية توجب الإذن بدفع هذه المصاريف.
