153. Article 17, paragraph 1, provides that no one shall be subjected to arbitrary or unlawful interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to unlawful attacks on his honour and reputation.
153- تنص الفقرة 1 من المادة 17 على أنه لا يجوز تعريض أي شخص، على نحو تعسفي أو غير قانوني، لتدخل في خصوصياته أو شؤون أسرته أو بيته أو مراسلاته، ولا لأي حملات غير قانونية تمس شرفه أو سمعته.

71. Article 39 of the Constitution stipulates that aspersion against the honour and reputation of a person arrested, imprisoned or exiled according to law shall in no way be allowed and shall be liable to punishment.
