6. In its conclusions and recommendations, the expert group meeting noted with respect to the human right to adequate housing the following:
٦- وفي استنتاجاته وتوصياته، أشار اجتماع فريق الخبراء فيما يتعلق بحق اﻹنسان في السكن الملائم إلى ما يلي:

Summary The present report, submitted in accordance with Human Rights Council decision 1/102, aims at providing practical and operational tools to promote, monitor and implement the human right to adequate housing.
يرمي هذا التقرير، المقدم طبقاً للمقرر 1/102 الصادر عن مجلس حقوق الإنسان، إلى تقديم أدوات عملية وجاهزة للاستخدام لتشجيع ورصد وإعمال حق الإنسان في سكن لائق.

1. Welcomes the participation of the Committee in the Expert Group Meeting on the human right to adequate housing, organized by the Centre for Human Rights and the United Nations Centre for Human Settlements (Habitat) as well as the attention paid by the Meeting to the specific situation of children;
١- ترحﱢب باشتراك اللجنة في اجتماع فريق الخبراء المعني بحق اﻹنسان في الحصول على مسكن مناسب الذي نظﱠمه مركز حقوق اﻹنسان ومركز اﻷمم المتحدة للمستوطنات البشرية )الموئل( وكذلك بالاهتمام الذي أولاه الاجتماع للوضع الخاص باﻷطفال؛

The expert group meeting also agreed on the need to develop criteria for measuring progress towards the realization of the human right to adequate housing and for the strengthening of existing United Nations organizations and bodies in the development and promotion of this right.
كذلك اتفق اجتماع فريق الخبراء على ضرورة وضع معايير لقياس التقدم المحرز في مجال إعمال حق اﻹنسان في السكن الملائم ولتدعيم منظمات اﻷمم المتحدة وهيئاتها الحالية في تنمية وتعزيز هذا الحق.

The expert group meeting considered that priority should be accorded to the preparation of principles and standard rules dealing with the practical implementation of the different aspects of the human right to adequate housing at the national level.
ورأى اجتماع فريق الخبراء أنه ينبغي منح اﻷولوية ﻹعداد المبادئ والقواعد النموذجية التي تتناول التنفيذ العملي لمختلف جوانب حق اﻹنسان في السكن الملائم على الصعيد الوطني.

Recalling that the human right to adequate housing is legally enshrined in a range of international treaties and other agreements, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and others,
إذ تذكر بأن حق اﻹنسان في السكن الملائم هو حق مكرس قانونا في طائفة من المعاهدات الدولية والاتفاقات اﻷخرى، تشمل اﻹعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان، والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، والاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري، واتفاقية حقوق الطفل، وغيرها،

The Centre for Housing Rights and Evictions (CHORE) elaborated further the different aspects of the issue of the human right to adequate housing and, together with HIC, undertook a review of housing rights and violations in a number of countries.
وقام مركز حقوق السكن وعمليات اﻹخلاء بزيادة التوسع في الجوانب المختلفة لمسألة حق اﻹنسان في السكن الملائم. وقد أجرى المركز بالاشتراك مع التحالف الدولي للموئل استعراضا لحقوق السكن واﻹخلاء في عدد من البلدان.

Recalling its resolution 14/6 of 5 May 1993 on the human right to adequate housing,

The International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination embodied the human right to adequate housing and the specific prohibition against discrimination within the context of its article 5 (e) (iii).
فالاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري تجسد حق الإنسان في سكن لائق وحظر التمييز تحديداً في سياق المادة 5(ه)`3` منها.

A set of indicators to monitor the progressive realization of the human right to adequate housing was proposed at an expert group meeting held in Geneva in November 2003, highlighting the need to collect disaggregated data by, inter alia, race and ethnicity.
واقتُرحت مجموعة مؤشرات لرصد الإعمال التدريجي لحق الإنسان في السكن اللائق خلال اجتماع لفريق خبراء عُقد في جنيف في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2003، وأبرز الحاجة إلى جمع بيانات مفصلة بحسب العرق والإثنية، ضمن جملة أمور أخرى.
