٠٥- ونقّح السيد بوسيت، شفويا، العنوان المعدل ليصبح: " انتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان في الجزائر الناشئة عن أفعال إرهابية " .

The European Union was very concerned by the situation of human rights in Algeria and by the repeated terrorist attacks, including murder and sexual violence, against the civilian population and against journalists.

)أ( توصية لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان بالنظر في حالة حقوق اﻹنسان في الجزائر في دورتها المقبلة، وبالنظر في تعيين مقرر خاص معني بحالة حقوق اﻹنسان في الجزائر؛

(b) Delete from operative paragraph 5 (a), after the words “at its next session”, the words “and to consider the appointment of a Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Algeria”.
)ب( أن تحذف في الفقرة ٥)أ( من المنطوق، بعد عبارة " في دورتها المقبلة " ، عبارة " وبالنظر في تعيين مقرر خاص معني بحالة حقوق اﻹنسان في الجزائر " .
