(d) Calls upon States that have not already done so to provide for the protection of the human rights of women migrant workers, to promote fair labour conditions and to ensure that all women, including care workers, are legally protected against violence and exploitation;
(د) تهيب بالدول التي لم تعمد بعد إلى كفالة حماية حقوق الإنسان للعاملات المهاجرات وتوفير ظروف عمل منصفة لهن وضمان الحماية القانونية من العنف والاستغلال لجميع النساء، بمن فيهن العاملات في مجال الرعاية، أن تقوم بذلك؛

Moreover, the ESCAP regional high-level intergovernmental meeting, held in September 2004 to review the implementation of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, adopted the Bangkok Communiqué which mentioned the lack of policies, legislations and programmes to protect the human rights of women migrant workers as a gap to be acknowledged in the implementation of the Platform in the Asia and Pacific region.
