It was also recalled that the Committee was confined to considering information that had been available at the time the final regulatory action was taken and which informed that action: information gathered subsequent to that action could not be considered by the Committee for the purposes of meeting the Annex I and annex II requirements.

It had concluded that the analysis reflected in the earlier task group report and its own responses to the issues raised by the member confirmed that the notification from New Zealand met all the criteria in Annex I and annex II to the Convention.

207. The Committee should note that attached UK reports on compliance with the provisions of ILO Conventions 111 and 122, covering the period from 1 June 2004 to 31 May 2006 (annex I and annex II). The reports provide the latest update on legislative developments under article 6 of the ICESCR.
207- ينبغي للّجنة أن تلاحظ تقريري المملكة المتحدة المرفقين بشأن الامتثال لأحكام اتفاقيتي منظمة العمل الدولية 111 و122، واللذين يغطيان الفترة من 1 حزيران/يونيه 2004 إلى 31 أيار/مايو 2006 (المرفق الأول والمرفق الثاني).

At its seventh session, the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee for an International Legally Binding Instrument for Implementing Action on Certain Persistent Organic Pollutants agreed on draft rules on arbitration and draft rules on conciliation and decided to transmit to the Conference of the Parties at its first meeting the agreed texts that are contained in annex I and annex II, respectively, to the present note.
4 - وأثناء دورتها السابعة وافقت لجنة التفاوض الحكومية الدولية المعنية بوضع صك دولي ملزم قانوناً لتنفيذ إجراءات بشأن الملوثات العضوية الثابتة المعينة على مشروع قواعد التحكيم ومشروع قواعد التوفيق وقررت أن تحيل إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الأول النصوص المتفق عليها(1) والواردة في المرفق الأول والمرفق الثاني على التوالي لهذه المذكرة.
